NUTTY TOFU & CARROTS
It's time for Tofu Take Two. If anyone made the BBQ Tofu & Cajun Rice from my last recipe post, I applaud you and would love to hear how it went!
Today's recipe is a completely different approach to tofu, but one that our family, especially Story, enjoys. It's a meal for which I always have the ingredients on hand because every time I go to Trader Joe's, I stock up on their extra-firm blocks of tofu.
